PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Products customized with names, numbers, patches, or any other personalization are made specifically for each customer.
For this reason, personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless:
• The product arrives damaged
• A manufacturing defect is identified
• The item received differs from the order placed
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
